1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AnimateImg, the AI image animator that turns still photos into short cinematic videos. AnimateImg aggregates multiple AI video models — including Animate, Kling 3.0, Google VEO 3.1, Seedance 2.0, and Motion Control — behind a single creator workspace. By accessing or using www.animateimg.org or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AnimateImg provides image-to-video and reference-driven video generation tools that route your inputs to one or more third-party AI model providers (e.g. Kie, Fal, Replicate, Kuaishou, Google, ByteDance) to produce a video. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and we may add, change, or remove models, features, and pricing tiers from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using AnimateImg, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts

  1. Registration: Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
  2. Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  3. One account per person: Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits, evade limits, or circumvent suspensions is prohibited.

5. Credits, Pricing, and Payments

  • AnimateImg operates on a credit-based model. Some features may be available for free; others require credits or an active subscription.
  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • All credit and subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except where refunds are required by law (for example, statutory cooling-off rights in certain jurisdictions).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the Settings → Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices, plans, and credit costs per model may change. Material changes will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future renewals or purchases.
  • Failed generations caused by our infrastructure may, at our discretion, be refunded as credits.

6. Your Content

"Your Content" means the prompts, images, reference material, and any other input you submit to the Service, plus the videos and outputs you generate.

  • You retain ownership of Your Content, subject to applicable third-party AI model provider terms.
  • You grant AnimateImg a limited license to host, store, transmit, display, transcode, and otherwise process Your Content as strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, to deliver your job to the model provider and return the result to you).
  • We do not use your uploaded reference images to train our own models, and we do not sell Your Content to third parties.
  • If the Private toggle is off at generation time, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display the resulting output in public galleries, showcases, or marketing material. With Private on, the output is kept to your account only.

7. Responsible Use

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any image or reference material you upload.
  • Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and with each model provider's acceptable-use policies.
  • Outputs you publish will not be misrepresented as real-world recordings of events that did not occur in a way that causes harm.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or generate content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. We report such content to authorities.
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes of real individuals, or any pornographic content.
  • Generate deceptive deepfakes of real people for fraud, defamation, harassment, political manipulation, or election interference.
  • Produce content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate speech, or unlawful discrimination.
  • Infringe on intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or contractual rights of others.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to extract our prompts, system instructions, or model weights.
  • Bypass rate limits, watermarks, paywalls, regional restrictions, or security controls.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our prior written permission.
  • Use the Service to spam, run bulk content farms, or train competing AI models.
  • Interfere with the integrity, availability, or performance of the Service.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement.

9. Third-Party AI Model Providers

When you submit a generation request, the prompt and reference images you provide are transmitted to the third-party AI model you selected. Each provider operates under its own terms, content policies, and privacy practices. AnimateImg is not responsible for the providers' availability, latency, or content moderation decisions. By using the Service you also agree to comply with the upstream model provider's acceptable use policy for whichever model you choose.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the AnimateImg name, logo, website, software, model orchestration, design, and documentation, is owned by AnimateImg and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred or licensed to you.

11. Beta and Experimental Features

We may label some models or features as "beta", "experimental", or "preview". These are provided as-is, may change or be removed without notice, and may have lower reliability or quality. Use beta features at your own discretion.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via support. We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us to legal or security risk. Upon termination, Sections 6 (license grants you made), 8, 10, 13, 14, 15, and 17 survive.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimateImg disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of the course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, fit for any particular purpose, or free of objectionable content, and we make no guarantee about model availability or quality.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnimateImg and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid AnimateImg in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnimateImg and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use or misuse of the Service, (b) Your Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AnimateImg operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective date" and, when appropriate, announced in-product or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
